For the money the room was huge, roomy and comfortable. I really liked the view from the upper floor's balcony. Also the convenience of the elevator. The bathroom was huge, shower head was so nice, everything was clean and worked well. The staff was also very sweet and chatty.

Good location for transportation and food. Easy 10 mins walk to many train networks.

Location was good and the staff fixed our hot water issue quickly. There was an earthquake and the building did not fall down.

The room was clean and there were many items provided. Shampoo for body and hair, plus Conditioner. There were also items like toothbrushes, razor, sponges etc. My room had also an refrigerator and water boiler for tea and soup. The air conditioner was also very helpful.

No pretentiousness. Cosy rooms (the bed nearly took up the entire room) but all the basic amenities and friendly staff

I think the rooms really need to be cleaned well as there were still some traces of whatever went on with the previous guests.

Price wes good ( avg 55-60 $$ per night ) .big old school japanesse washroom ( rare in hotels these days ) small fridge .
